Ingredients:
- 1 cup Self Raising Flour
- 1/4 cup milk
- 1/2 cup Caster sugar
- 1 tablespoon Vanilla
- 1 tablespoon Snowflake white choc powder
- 2 eggs
- 125g butter
- Food colouring (I used Queen)
Method:
1. Cream butter and sugar.
2. Line a muffin/patty pan tray with papers.
3. Preheat oven to 180 degrees.
4. Add in 1 egg at a time and gradually add flour to the mix.
5. Add white chocolate powder. Keep mixing well.
6. Add milk and Vanilla. Mix again until well combined.
7. Divide mixture into 3-6 bowls depending on how many layers you like.
9. Add colours to each bowl. Mix well
10. Place spoonfuls of batter into each patty case.
11. Bake for 15 mins approx. or until a skewer comes out clean.
12. Cool then ice with your favourite icing.
Tips:
Blue and red make purple.
Yellow and red make orange.
These can be frozen without the icing
