Mexican Inspired Baked Wraps

Brown 500g of premium mince 1 diced onion 1 grated carrot  1 cup sliced mushrooms  1/4 cup diced cherry tomatoes  1 tablespoon of fajita or taco spice  Add 1 tin of tomatoes (I used homemade tomato sauce) Cook and fill wraps. Top with cheese and bake until golden

Chicken Pizza Pie            

We had some left over chicken breast which i had Cooked in the slow cooker with pulled pork spice. Master 8 did not want ‘birdseed’ bread rolls again so I had to be inventive. This is my creation!!

Cauliflower Fritters

Using mums family recipe batter of chick pea flour (besan) these turned out amazing with the addition of the beautiful Nomad Meat Rub.  Simple and delicious serve with a Greek yoghurt style dip for the perfect snack. These were a hit with the kids as well.
