Ingredients: 300g dried apricots 60g pitted dates 70g Desiccated coconut 2 tablespoons Desiccated coconut for coating, optional Method: I soaked the apricots & dates in boiling water for 5-10 minutes. Drain well before putting them into the food processor. I always find soaking dried fruit works better for raw recipes.
