Serve with Chai sugar and fresh fruit.
Ingredients:
- 1/4 Butter
- 1 cup water
- 2 tablespoons Brown Sugar
- 1 cup Flour
- 4 Eggs
- 1/2 cup of Coconut Flour
- 1 teaspoon of Vanilla Sugar
- White Choc Powder and Chai Sugar for dusting
- Cooking Oil Spray to spray muffin tray
Method:
- Bring butter, brown sugar and water to the boil. Remove off heat and cool. Add Flours, 4 eggs and Vanilla sugar. Mix well.
- Place into a piping bag with a star tipped nozzle. Pipe around a muffin pan ensuring there are no gaps.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes at 200 degrees.
- Cool and dust with Chai Sugar and White choc powder.
To make normal churros just pipe in a straight line on a tray lined with baking paper.
