Churro Bowls

Serve with Chai sugar and fresh fruit.


Ingredients:

  • 1/4 Butter
  • 1 cup water
  • 2 tablespoons Brown Sugar
  • 1 cup Flour
  • 4 Eggs
  • 1/2 cup of Coconut Flour
  • 1 teaspoon  of Vanilla Sugar
  • White Choc Powder and Chai Sugar for dusting
  • Cooking Oil Spray to spray muffin tray

Method:

  1. Bring butter, brown sugar and water to the boil. Remove off heat and cool. Add Flours, 4 eggs and Vanilla sugar. Mix well.
  2. Place into a piping bag with a star tipped nozzle. Pipe around a muffin pan ensuring there are no gaps.
  3. Bake for 15-20 minutes at 200 degrees.
  4. Cool and dust with Chai Sugar and White choc powder.

To make normal churros just pipe in a straight line on a tray lined with baking paper.
