Easter Egg Creamed Rice 

Who still has a lot of leftover chocolate after Easter? We sure do and the kids aren’t too fussed on eating it.

I cooked up a large pot full of rice for dinner and thought why not make a cheats creamed rice.

Ingredients:

1-2 cups of cooked medium grain white rice

1 and a half cups of milk (you may need to add a little more depending on how thick you like your sauce)

Easter eggs. I used 1 large egg and 3 small Lindt bunnies.

I made mine in my Kenwood kcook but this can be simmered until thick on the stove.

Serve with berries, cream and even top with a dukkah
