Glazed Pecans

 One of my favourite products to use is Agave Necatar. You can buy this from any good health food store.

Ingredients:

Pecans

A good squirt of Agave nectar to coat pecans 

1 tablespoon of brown sugar

1 teaspoon of ground French Perfume salt 

A good grind of Pepper. I used Chai Shiraz Smoked Peppercorns

Method:

Mix well and place in a single layer on a line baking tray.

Bake for 10 mins then turn pecans, return to oven for a further 5 mins to allow caramalisation to occur. 

Cool and enjoy
