Pancake Batter Ingredients
- 2 cups of Self Raising Flour
- 1 Egg
- 1 and a half cups of milk (You May need to add a little extra to to thin the batter)
- Pinch of salt
- 1/4 cup of sugar
- Dash of Vanilla
- Mix all of the dry ingredients together
- Add in the egg
- Slowly add in the milk while whisking until a smooth batter forms
- Preheat your samosa maker
- Gently pour in the batter into the Samosa maker
- Close the lid and cook for approximately 5-8 minutes
- Serve with jam and cream
