Ingredients:
- 2 cups of Self Raising Flour
- 1 Egg
- 1 and a half cups of Milk (you may need to add a little extra to thin the batter)
- Pinch of salt
- 1/4 cup of Sugar
- Dash of Vanilla
- 1 teaspoon of Baking Powder (to make them extra fluffy)
Method:
- Mix all of the dry ingredients together.
- Add in the egg
- Slowly add in the milk while whisking until a smooth batter forms.
- Preheat your Samosa maker.
- Gently pour in the batter into the Samosa maker. Close the lid and cook for approximately 5-8 minutes.
- Serve with jam and cream.
