Pancake Triangles – Aldi Samosa Maker

Ingredients:

  • 2 cups of Self Raising Flour
  • 1 Egg
  • 1 and a half cups of Milk (you may need to add a little extra to thin the batter)
  • Pinch of salt
  • 1/4 cup of Sugar
  • Dash of Vanilla
  • 1 teaspoon of Baking Powder (to make them extra fluffy)

Method:

  1. Mix all of the dry ingredients together.
  2. Add in the egg
  3. Slowly add in the milk while whisking until a smooth batter forms.
  4. Preheat your Samosa maker.
  5. Gently pour in the batter into the Samosa maker. Close the lid and cook for approximately 5-8 minutes.
  6. Serve with jam and cream.
