My Mumma has been making this family noodle dish for years. She usually uses vindaloo curry paste but agreed to try out the biriyani spice for me. Result was absolutely amazing. Enjoy
1 packet of rice stick noodles
2 cloves garlic
2 chicken breast fillets diced
1/2 sugar loaf cabbage sliced
2 carrots thinly sliced
1 broccoli head sliced
2 celery stalks
2-3 tablespoons of biriyani spice
Ghee or butter to fry chicken
Prepare noodles – boil water and cover noodles until cooked. Drain and set aside.
Heat butter/ghee, fry onion & garlic, add biriyani spice and fry until fragrant.
Add diced chicken and vegetables.
Add the noodles once vegetables are cooked.
Mix well and serve.
Garnish with shallots and cashews if desired.
