Simple Chocolates with a Pomegranite Surprise

I bought these silicone moulds a while back and have never used them.  

I decided to melt some of the excess teaching presents I received down with a packet of chocolate melts. 

I added an approx 1 tablespoon of

Coconut oil and a tablespoon of choc Rasperry powder.
Melt slowly in the microwave and stir until smooth.

  • Pour a little chocolate into the mould and add a few fresh Pomegranite seeds, fill to the top with more chocolate.
