Ingredients:

• Packet of chocolate melts. 
• 1 Tablespoon of Coconut oil
• 1 Tablespoon of choc Raspberry powder.

Method:

1. I added an approx. 1 tablespoon of Coconut oil and a tablespoon of choc Raspberry powder.
2. Melt slowly in the microwave and stir until smooth.
3. Pour a little chocolate into the mould and add a few fresh Pomegranate seeds, fill to the top with more chocolate.
4. Place in the freezer until set.
