Ingredients:
- 300g dried apricots
- 60g pitted dates
- 70g Desiccated coconut
- 2 tablespoons Desiccated coconut for coating, optional
Method:
- I soaked the apricots & dates in boiling water for 5-10 minutes.
- Drain well before putting them into the food processor. I always find soaking dried fruit works better for raw recipes.
