Lissa-Lucious Ice Cream


600mL of Thickened Cream

1 Tin of Condensed Milk

Top and Fill Caramel

Toblerone Chocolate Bars diced into small pieces

Container with lid to freeze


  1. Beat cream and condensed milk until thick with an electric mixer
  2. Fold in Toblerone pieces and dollops of top and fill caramel. Reserve some of the Toblerone to top the ice cream with.
  3. Do not over mix
  4. Pour into a container with a lid and top with extra Toblerone and dollops of caramel.
  5. Freeze overnight and serve as desired.
