Microwave Meringues

Ingredients:

  • 300g Icing Sugar
  • 1 Egg White

Method:
1.Mix together.
2.Roll into small marble size balls.
3.Place on paper towel.
4.Leave lots of space between them.
5.Cook in microwave for about 40 seconds.
Store in an airtight container.

Such a simple dessert idea. So simple the kids can even make these on their own.

    These look good, but 170 degrees? is this Celsius? My oven is in Fahrenheit.
