Ingredients:
- 60g of orange and lime juice mixed together
- 120g Caster sugar
- 90g Butter
Method:
- Insert Butterfly whisk.
- Place all ingredients in TM bowl.
- Cook for 10 minutes/ 80 degrees/Speed 3
- Transfer into a sterilised air tight jar and cool completely.
- Store in the fridge.
Tips:
I use this Curd to top our homemade Yoghurt and Granola. Fill Muffins with the Curd for a special treat
