Orange and Lime Curd

Ingredients: 

  • 60g of orange and lime juice mixed together 
  • 120g caster sugar 
  • 90g butter

Method: 

  1. Insert butterfly whisk.
  2. Place all ingredients in bowl. 
  3. Cook for 10 minutes 80 degrees speed 3
  4. Transfer into a sterilised air tight jar and cool completely. 
  5. Store in the fridge. 

Tips:

  1. I use this Curd to top our homemade Yoghurt and Granola
  2. Fill Muffins with the Curd for a special treat
