Salted Caramel Cups

Wow what a dessert. I whipped these up when I was stressed, nervous and excited at the same time. I can’t reveal why just yet but I’m so looking forward to a few months time!

Take 300ml of thickened cream.

Whip with 1 tablespoon of icing sugar and 1 tablespoon of Salted Caramel Powder.

Whip until thick and then spoon or pipe into glasses. Top with fresh berries and Black Forest dukkah.

For an adult twist mix in some Baileys 🙂
