I have always wanted to try the Nutella Brownies from Buzzfeed http://www.buzzfeed.com/jodyduits/you-need-to-try-these-3-ingredient-nutella-brownies#.bjQ7jWYGO

I decided to put a Yiah Twist on it today.

Ingredients:

• 1 cup of Nutella
• 2 Eggs
• 1/2 cup of Self Raising Flour
• 1 tablespoon of your favourite choc powder
• Orange Marmalade to top brownies

Method:

  
  
  Mix all Ingredients well and pour into paper cases
  

  
Top with marmalade if you desire.

Bake at approx 160 degrees for 20-30 mins.

I served these with Greek Yoghurt topped with a little dusting of Choc Orange Powder and freshly cut Ruby Red Grapefruit segment.

Just delicious!
