This recipe is so easy to make and a good way to use up ripe bananas.
Mash 2 bananas to every 1 cup of quick oats. Add your favourite mix ins (we love yiah milk chocolate powder) or sultanas.
Mix well until combined.
Place spoonfuls on a lined baking tray.
Bake for 12-15 minutes at 160 degrees until cooked
