Loaded Scrambled Eggs

Such a simple but delicious breakfast!

Loaded Scrambled Eggs 🍳

Ingredients:

6 Eggs
1/4 Cup Cream
1/4 – 1/2 Cup of Diced Bacon
1 small onion diced finely
1 teaspoon of Parsley
Salt & Pepper to taste
Oil

Method:

  1. In a large bowl crack your eggs and add in your cream.
  2. Mix Well.
  3. Add in diced onion, bacon, parsley, salt and pepper.
  4. Place 1-2 tablespoons of oil into your frying pan.
  5. Allow to heat, then put in your egg mix in the pan.
  6. Gently mix the eggs and cook until your desired liking.
  7. Serve on buttered toast. I topped mine with avocado 🥑

Tip: Use your choice of ingredients in this recipe. I use mushrooms, cherry tomatoes, grated sweet potato, spring onions etc in this to change up the flavours from time to time! Happy Cooking! Renita.
