Ingredients:

40g Passionfruit Pulp

30g Orange juice

80g of Caster sugar

2 eggs

85g of butter, cut into pieces

Method:

  1. Insert your butterfly whisk.
  2. Place juice, sugar, eggs and butter into the mixing bowl.
  3. Cook for 9 minutes at 80 degrees/speed 3.
  4. You may need to cook it for a few more minutes.
  5. Place into a sterilised jar and allow to cool.
  6. Mixture will thicken as it cools.
