Ingredients:
40g Passionfruit Pulp
30g Orange juice
80g of Caster sugar
2 eggs
85g of butter, cut into pieces
Method:
- Insert your butterfly whisk.
- Place juice, sugar, eggs and butter into the mixing bowl.
- Cook for 9 minutes at 80 degrees/speed 3.
- You may need to cook it for a few more minutes.
- Place into a sterilised jar and allow to cool.
- Mixture will thicken as it cools.
