Passionfruit & Blood Orange (Or Orange) Curd/Butter
Ingredients:
40g Passionfruit Pulp
30g Orange juice
80g of caster sugar
2 eggs
85g of butter cut into pieces
Method:
- Insert your butterfly whisk.
- Place Juice, sugar, eggs and butter into the mixing bowl
- Cook for 9 minutes at 80 degrees speed 3
- You may need to cook it for a few more minutes
- Place into a sterilised jar and allow to cool
- Mixture will thicken as it cools
