Recipe:

1. Take a bottle of pancake mix and prepare as per instructions on bottle.
2. Spray a mini muffin tin with cooking oil and pour mix into each hole.

Add in your choice of mix ins

• Easter eggs or broken up chocolate
• Frozen berries
• Hundreds and Thousands
• Banana Slices
• Nutella

Bake in an oven approximately 160 degrees for 15 minutes.

These will puff up like mini muffins 🧡🧡🧡
