Mango Cream Popsicles

What to do with all those ripe mangoes?

Make my popsicle recipe. You can also pour into a lined tray and slice when frozen.

Ingredients:

Flesh of 6 ripe mangoes

1/2 cup coconut cream

1 tablespoon vanilla syrup

1 pinch of salt

Method:

Blend up mango flesh and remaining ingredients until smooth.

Pour into popsicle moulds or into a lines tray. Freeze overnight.

If in a tray, slice and wrap individually in baking paper.

Thermomix Method:

Add in all ingredients.

Blitz on Speed 9 for 15 seconds
