Ingredients:
1kg of chicken mince
1 tablespoon herb and garlic or Tzatziki dip mix
1 grated carrot
Rice flour to coat
Oil spray

Method:

  1. Mix mince, seasoning and carrot well.
  2. Roll into balls and coat in rice flour.
  3. Place on lined baking tray.
  4. Spray lightly with oil and bake in a 160 degree oven for 25 minutes.

I also added Canadian steak meat rub into the rice flour for an extra kick. I used my Tupperware snack press to make life easier. Best invention ever.
