1kg of chicken mince
1 tablespoon herb and garlic or tzaztki dip mix
1 grated carrot
Rice flour to coat
Mix mince, seasoning and carrot well. Roll into balls and coat in rice flour. Place on lined baking tray. Spray lightly with oil and bake in a 160 degree oven for 25 minutes.
I also added Canadian steak meat rub into the rice flour for an extra kick. I used my Tupperware snack press to make life easier. Best invention ever
