Ingredients:
- 2 large steamed Sweet potatoes
- 2 cups of Plain flour, sifted
- 1 teaspoon Pumpkin Pie Spice
- 1 tablespoon Herb and Garlic Dip mix
Method:
- Mix ingredients well.
- Place mixture into snack press. Cut to desired size.
- Boil until gnocchi float to service. Mixture is very sticky but if you dust your mat and cutter with flour, it should help.
- Serve with steamed asparagus, Honey Caramalised Balsamic and freshly shaved Parmesan cheese.
