Ingredients:
2 large steamed sweet potatoes
2 cups of plain flour sifted
1 teasooon pumpkin pie spice
1 tablespoon herb and garlic dip mix
Method:
Mix ingredients well. Place mixture into snack press. Cut to desired size and boil until gnocchi float to service. Mixture is very sticky but if you dust your mat and cutter with flour it should help.
Serve with steamed asparagus, honey caramalised balsamic and freshly shaved Parmesan cheese
