Sweet Potato Gnocchi

Ingredients:

  • 2 large steamed Sweet potatoes
  • 2 cups of Plain flour, sifted
  • 1 teaspoon Pumpkin Pie Spice
  • 1 tablespoon Herb and Garlic Dip mix

Method:

  1. Mix ingredients well.
  2. Place mixture into snack press. Cut to desired size.
  3. Boil until gnocchi float to service. Mixture is very sticky but if you dust your mat and cutter with flour, it should help.
  4. Serve with steamed asparagus, Honey Caramalised Balsamic and freshly shaved Parmesan cheese.
