A perfect way to use up left over mashed potato.
500g mashed and cooled potato
1 head of brocolli boiled and diced
30g butter
1 tablespoon of Beetroot dip mix
1 teaspoon porcini salt or normal salt
Method:
Mix all ingredients well, place into snack press and cut into desired lengths.
Place bites on to a lined or greased tray. Bake at 180 degrees for 20 mins approx
