Rolled Oat Coated Chicken Nuggets 

Ingredients:

  • 2 cups oats blended up into a crumb
  • 1 heaped tablespoon country onion and chives or use your favourite herb
  • 2 eggs
  • 1-2 chicken breast cut into nugget sized pieces 
  • Olive oil spray 

Method:

  1. Dip Chicken into egg wash and then into the oat crumb.
  2. Place on a greased tray and lightly spray the nuggets. Bake at 170 degrees for 25 minutes turning halfway during cooking.
  3. Serve with your choice of sauce.
