Greek Yoghurt Scrolls 


2 Cups Self Raising Flour

1 Cup of Greek Yoghurt

1 Tablespoon Country Baked Apple Spice

1 heaped tablespoon Salted Caramel Choc powder

Melted butter

1 tablespoon of brown sugar



Mix Flour and Greek yoghurt until well combined. Knead dough on a well-floured board/bench. Roll out until about 2 cm thick. Brush melted butter on the dough and sprinkle with the brown sugar, salted caramel and apple pie spice. Roll tightly into a log, and cut into 3 cm pieces. Grease your pan well with melted butter and pop in cut scrolls. Bake in a 160 degree oven for approx. 30 mins.

Cool on a wire rack.
