Concious Foodie’s AMAZING Cake!

My Version of the Cake

While Browsing Facebook – (One of my FAVOURITE hobbies LOL) I came across this delicious looking cake recipe. FOR THE RECIPE CLICK HERE <—–

The gorgeous Emily Holmes from the The Concious Foodie created this to die for recipe!


My Cake Version:

½ cup coconut flour
½ cup carob powder
1 teaspoon bicarbonate soda
6 eggs
¼ cup coconut oil

1/2 Cup Agave Nectar

1 cup dried dates
¾ cup coconut milk

OPTIONAL (I included this): 1 tablespoon Salted Caramel Powder


Mix all ingredients apart from dates and coconut milk until combined well. Bake for 40 mins at 160 degrees.

ICING: Blend Dates and Coconut Milk until creamy and smooth.

Ice the cake when cool.
