Chloe had been asking us to make these for quite a while. Tonight was the night we actually had time to try and create these.
This is what I came up with.
Ingredients:
- 2 cups of picked Jalapeños (drained)
- 1/2 cup Cornflour
- 1/2 cup Rice flour
- 1 teaspoon of Paprika
- 1/2 teaspoon of Garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon of Salt
Method
- Preheat deep fryer or pan with vegetable or Canola oil.
- In a bowl, Prepare flour mixture by mixing ingredients well.
- Add in jalapeños and coat well.
- Deep fry until golden brown.
- Drain on paper towel.
- Serve with a sauce of your choice.
Tips:
We ate these on our soft Tacos and it took the tacos to a whole new level! Yummo!
Dip these into sour cream; it can help to cut down on some of the heat of the Jalapeños too!
