This is delicious! Serve it as a side dish with curries or serve it with roast meat.
Ingredients:
- 1 bunch of Coriander, washed and roughly chopped.
- 2 ripe Tomatoes
- 4 cloves of Garlic
- Juice of a lemon / lime
Method:
1. Place all ingredients into a blender.
2. Blend until smooth.
3. Place into an air tight container and keep in the fridge for up to a week
