Ingredients:
- 1 small wedge of soft blue cheese
- 1 small tub of sour cream
- 1/2 cup of Kewpie Mayonnaise
- 1 teaspoon of Dill
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 2 tablespoons of lemon juice
- 1 small clove of garlic (optional) diced finely
Method:
- Place all ingredients into a blender/food processor / Thermomix and blend until smooth. (I like to have a few chunks of blue cheese through the sauce)
2. Serve with chicken wings or use as a dip with vegetable sticks or biscuits
