Tonight is one of those lazy meal nights!
A jar of Silks Mild Tikka has saved the day!
Take 2 Chicken Breasts, 2 cloves of crushed garlic and 1 diced brown onion.
Fry until golden brown and add the spice cap. Fry until fragrant.
Add in sauce and I add in extra water to make the sauce go further. Gently simmer until cooked.
We serve ours with rice and roti bread.
