Foodie Mumma Ren’s Budget Fridge Dump Noodles
Ingredients:
- 3 packets of cooked noodles – keep the seasoning etc to use in the dish
- 2 cups of your favourite vegetables – I used grated sweet potato, cabbage, broccoli, leek and mushrooms
- 2 small chicken breasts – use any protein you like
- 2 pieces of bacon finely diced
Method:
- Fry chicken and bacon until cooked
- Add in vegetables and seasoning sauce sachets
- Add in cooked noodles and mix well.
