Foodie Mumma Ren’s Budget Fridge Dump Noodles


  • 3 packets of cooked noodles – keep the seasoning etc to use in the dish
  • 2 cups of your favourite vegetables – I used grated sweet potato, cabbage, broccoli, leek and mushrooms
  • 2 small chicken breasts – use any protein you like
  • 2 pieces of bacon finely diced


  1. Fry chicken and bacon until cooked
  2. Add in vegetables and seasoning sauce sachets
  3. Add in cooked noodles and mix well.
