Pasta Sauce 

I bought one of our favourite ‘fresh’ pasta sauces but stupidly left it out of the fridge overnight. 
What a waste 😩

I decided to Create my own recipe. This has turned out absolutely amazing! 
Ingredients

* 1 cup herbs eg parsley and basil
* 2 cloves garlic

* 1 large onion quartered

* 1 large carrot chopped 

* 2 large mushrooms

* 400 grams tinned or fresh tomatoes

* 200 grams water

* 75 grams olive oil

* 50 grams tomato paste

* 2 teaspoons of sugar (optional)

* 2 teaspoons Field Mushroom Salt

* 1 heaped tablespoon of Italiano Spice

* 1 teaspoon of pepper

Method:

Place garlic, mushrooms onions ,carrots and herbs into TM bowl and chop for 1 minute on speed 8. You will need to use the spatula to help the items mix. 
Scrape down sides of bowl and add oil
Saute for 5 mins 100 degrees speed 2
Add all other ingredients and cook 30 mins on varoma  on Speed 1 

Serve with warm pasta or ravioli 

This sauce is perfect for freezing too.
