Ingredients:
500g Lamb mince
2 tablespoons of Pine Nuts
2 tablespoons of freshly chopped Parsley
1 large clove of garlic, crushed
1 heaped tablespoon of Flavourista Kofta Spice.
Method:
- Mix all ingredients well.
- Form into small sausage shapes and thread on to soaked skewers.
- Place in a moderate over 180Â degrees and bake for 20-25 mins or until cooked through.
- Serve with a Greek yoghurt sauce.
