Lamb Kofta

Ingredients:

500g Lamb Mince

2 Tablespoons of Pine Nuts

2 Tablespoons of Freshly chopped parsley

1 large clove of garlic crushed

1 heaped tablespoon of Flavourista Kofta Spice.

 

METHOD:

Mix all ingredients well.

Form into small sausage shapes and thread on to soaked skewers

Place in a moderate over 180  degrees and bake for 20-25 mins or until cooked through.

Serve with a greek yoghurt sauce.
