Lamb Kofta

Ingredients:

500g Lamb mince

2 tablespoons of Pine Nuts

2 tablespoons of freshly chopped Parsley

1 large clove of garlic, crushed

1 heaped tablespoon of Flavourista Kofta Spice.

Method:

  1. Mix all ingredients well.
  2. Form into small sausage shapes and thread on to soaked skewers.
  3. Place in a moderate over 180  degrees and bake for 20-25 mins or until cooked through.
  4. Serve with a Greek yoghurt sauce.
