Ingredients:
- 4 small Carrots, grated or diced finely in Thermomix
- 1 heaped cup of Jalna Greek Yoghurt
- 1 teaspoon Fennel seeds, crushed or powdered
- A good pinch of Chilli powder
- Salt to taste
Method:Â
Mix all ingredients together and refrigerate until ready to serve. Serve as an accompaniment to a curry. My suggestion is my Butter Chicken Recipe.
