Ingredients:
4 small carrots grated or diced finely in thermomix
1 heaped cup of Jalna Greek Yohurt
1 teaspoon fennel seeds crushed or powdered
A good pinch of chilli powder
Salt to taste
Method:
Mix all ingredients together and refrigerate until ready to serve. Serve as an accompaniment to a curry. My suggestion is my Butter Chicken Recipe 🙂
