Carrot Raita

Ingredients:

  • 4 small Carrots, grated or diced finely in Thermomix
  • 1 heaped cup of Jalna Greek Yoghurt
  • 1 teaspoon Fennel seeds, crushed or powdered
  • A good pinch of Chilli powder
  • Salt to taste

Method: 

Mix all ingredients together and refrigerate until ready to serve. Serve as an accompaniment to a curry. My suggestion is my Butter Chicken Recipe.
