Ingredients:
- White Wings Biscuit Base
- 3 packets of Philly cheese
- 1 tin Condensed milk
- 300mls thickened Cream
- 3 teaspoons Gelatin
- 150g white chocolate
- 3 teaspoons YIAH Choc Raspberry Truffle Powder
Method:
- Make the base as per packet and add choc raspberry truffle powder, Black Forrest dukkha and a handful of coconut.
- Put base in fridge.
- Beat Philly then add Condensed milk, cream and powdered white choc.
- Mix Gelatin in 1/4 cup hot water and beat in until smooth.
- Chop 4 Turkish Delights. Pour half mixture in the base, add Turkish delights then pour rest of mixture on top.
- Add Black Forrest dukkha for decoration.
