Coconut Lemon Lime Cheesecake – Linda Russell


2 blocks of Philly cheese
1 tin of condensed milk

1/4 cup hot water with 1 heaped tsp gelatin 

1/2 cup fresh lemon juice 

1/4 cup lime juice 

2 tbsp coconut mango lime balsamic 

600mls thickened cream

 1 Tbls white chocolate powder Optional 


Beat Philly cheese then add condensed milk. Add remaining ingredients beat until smooth.
If it is not sweet enough for you add the white choc powder.  

You can use any biscuit base you wish just add half a cup of coconut to it and also top the cheesecake with coconut.
