A go to family favourite in our house hold.
Take 4 Chicken Breasts and pan fry until golden brown.
Also fry off some shortcut bacon or if you prefer ham.
Top cooked chicken breast with tomato sauce or paste, cheese, bacon and any other toppings you like.
I placed country onion and chives on top to season. Then place in a hot oven until the cheese has melted.
Serve with steamed vegetables or salad and chips.
