Perfect on a hot summers day, this slushie uses fresh pineapple. If you reside in an area where pineapple is not available used tinned pineapple. 
Blend pineapple pieces, ice and Vodka until it is a Slushie consistency. (I used my Nutri ninja and it pulverizes the pineapple well) Drizzle the Balsamic on top to serve.
