Miss 3 wanted to do some baking. This us a take on our salted caramel cake we made the other day.
βIngredients:
1 cup plain flour1 cup self raising flour
3/4 cup melted butter (cut it down to 1/2 cup if you are trying to be healthy π)
2/3 cup water1 tsp baking soda
2 tsp baking powder
1/4 cup White Red Velvet Chocolate powder purchase from here β‘οΈ Shop Now
1 tin of condensed milk
1 teaspoon vanilla
Optional: drizzle of blueberry maple balsamic β‘οΈ Shop Now
Method:
Sift flours, baking powder, soda and choc powder. Ensure these are sifted really well.Add dry ingredients into wet ingredients and mix gently.
Place mixture into a lined cake tin of your choice
Bake for 40 mins in a 150 degree oven.
