This was a recipe I created with inspiration from the amazing Cathy Leis. I did not have corn kernals, only creamed corn. This recipe is the end result and tasted beautiful. You could use any spice blend you have at home for this recipe.
1 Large Tin of Creamed Corn
1 cup SR Flour
1 Carrot Grated
1 onion diced finely
1 Cup of diced Corned Beef
1 tablespoon Chilli Con Carne Spice (Use less if you want it mild)
Water to thin out mixture
Mix Well and Pan Fry in a lightly greased pan until golden and cooked through.
Serve with a Sour Cream / Greek Yoghurt Dipping Sauce
Use any other fined diced/grated vegetables you may have in the fridge.
