Ingredients:
- 1 bag of white mini potatoes.
- 1 tablespoon of Mayonnaise
- 1 tablespoon of YIAH Guacamole dip mix.
Method:
- Cook as per instructions for 5-6 minutes, then cut into quarters.
- Add 2 heaped tablespoons of Greek yoghurt.
- Add 1 tablespoon of mayonnaise.
- Add 1 tablespoon of YIAH Guacamole dip mix.
- Mix well and serve
