Simple Guacamole Potato Salad

I am always one to look for bargains. These potatoes were reduced to $1.20 and perfect for the 3 of us.

Cook as per instructions for 5-6 mins.

Cut into quarters

Add 2 heaped tablespoons of Greek yogurt

1 tablespoon of mayo

1 tablespoon of guacamole dip mix

Mix well and serve
