Potato Fritters                

I woke up one morning last week and had a craving for hash browns. This was the next best thing I could come up with.

Ingredients:

  • 2 large Potatoes, grated 
  • 1 Spring onion, diced finely 
  • A few sprigs of Coriander, chopped
  • 1 cup of Besan (chick pea flour)
  • 1/2 cup water to make it into a batter 
  • Salt and pepper
  • Your choice of dip mix 

Method:

1.Mix all ingredients and fry until golden on each side.

I served these with a Greek yoghurt dipping sauce.
