I woke up one morning last week and had a craving for hash browns. This was the next best thing I could come up with.
Ingredients:
- 2 large Potatoes, grated
- 1 Spring onion, diced finely
- A few sprigs of Coriander, chopped
- 1 cup of Besan (chick pea flour)
- 1/2 cup water to make it into a batter
- Salt and pepper
- Your choice of dip mix
Method:
1.Mix all ingredients and fry until golden on each side.
I served these with a Greek yoghurt dipping sauce.
