The kids were calling out ” Mum I’m Hungry!!” so I decided to whip this little snack up for lunch.
I used Left Over Steamed sweet potato
1 cup of cool steamed sweet potato
3 heaped tablespoons of Greek Yoghurt
1 Tablespoon of Cinco Enchilada Dip Mix
1 Teaspoon of Zataar Spice Blend
Mash sweet potato and combine with other ingredients. Set aside for 15 minutes to allow the flavours to infuse. Serve with rice crackers, or vege sticks. This dip is also amazing on sandwiches.
