Ingredients:
- 1 cup of cool steamed Sweet potato
- 3 heaped tablespoons of Greek Yoghurt
- 1 tablespoon of Cinco Enchilada Dip Mix
- 1 teaspoon of Zataar Spice Blend
Method:
- Mash Sweet potato and combine with other ingredients.
- Set aside for 15 minutes to allow the flavours to infuse.
- Serve with rice crackers or vegie sticks.
- This dip is also amazing on sandwiches.
