Simple Scrambled Eggs

Saturday morning hot breakfast for the kiddies. 

Ingredients:

4 Eggs

Dash of Milk/Cream

1 tablespoon Italian Rustica Dip Mix

Purchase Here)
1 teaspoon of Olive Oil to fry (I used Intense Garlic Olive Oil)

Method:

  Add eggs, milk and dip mix into a bowl.

  
Beat with a fork or small whisk until combined.

 
Heat oil slightly 

  Pour egg mixture into pan 
  
Using a spatula, slowly begin to scramble the eggs. Working from the side of the pan, inwards.

  
Cook to your liking 

  
Finished product. Kids smashed this down. Loved it no complaints.
