Curried Devil Eggs

Who loves eggs? I am not a huge fan however I love eating devilled eggs or egg sandwiches.

My dislike of eggs has stemmed from my childhood when Mumma would make me drink ‘egg flips’ raw eggs and milk to gain strength. Eeeew yuck! 

This recipe is so so simple to make. The kids love helping make this one.

Take boiled eggs and cut into half.

Scoop out the yolks into a bowl. Add some mayonnaise (we love Kraft Miracle Whip) and a tablespoon of curry powder or Bay of Bengal Dip Mix. Season with salt and pepper to taste.

Mix well and scoop mixture back into the egg white cases.

Serve as an accompaniment to any delicious main meal.

These are also yummy in school lunch boxes.
