Sweet Waffles – Thermomix

Ingredients:

• • 30g Sugar
• • 100g Butter, cut into pieces
• • 400g Milk
• • 2 Eggs
• • 1 tablespoon Vanilla syrup or essence
• • 1 pinch of Salt
• • 1 tsp Bicarb Soda
• • 250g Self Raising flour

Method:

1. Place sugar into Thermomix bowl and mill 5 Seconds / Speed 9.

2. Add butter and melt 1 min 20 Seconds / 90° / Speed 1.

3. Add remaining ingredients and mix 15 Seconds / Speed 5.

4. Cook in your waffle maker following the manufacturers instructions.

Enjoy!

Tips: Don’t over fill the waffle maker or the batter will ooze out.

This recipe makes approximately 10-12 waffles.
