Gyoza 🥟

One of my families most favourite meals!

Ingredients:

1kg pork mince

1/8 of a sugar loaf cabbage finely shredded

6 large mushrooms diced

2 stems of spring onions diced finely

4 – 6 cloves of garlic minced

2cm piece of ginger grated

1 heaped tablespoon of wok on spice

3 tablespoons soy sauce

Salt and white pepper to taste

Gow Gee wrappers

Method:

Mix all ingredients together in a large bowl until well combined.

Take a wrapper and place approximately 1 teaspoon of mixture in the centre. Wet the edge with water and fold into your desired shape. Pleat edges for authentic look.

Steam until cooked
